Core components and features
Crankset: Lightweight and stiff carbon crankset using SRAM's CARBON TUNED technology. The DUB spindle is designed to be compatible with various bottom bracket standards.
Chainring: X-SYNC 2 chainring provides enhanced chain retention, improved mud shedding, and quieter performance compared to older designs.
Rear Derailleur: The X-HORIZ rear derailleur is designed to prevent chain slap and drops. The electronic AXS version has a carbon cage and a unique overload clutch that allows it to move out of the way during impacts and then return to its previous position.
Cassette: A 10-52 tooth cassette that provides a wide gear range, suitable for climbs and general riding. It requires an XD driver and features a durable, one-piece machined design with a special finish for corrosion resistance.
